Surveys

Student Travel Surveys

Twice a year (in May and October), we collect Student Travel Surveys to determine how students travel to and from school during a certain time period. Teachers conduct the surveys using the "Safe Routes to School Arrival & Departure Tally Sheet". Schools participating in the SR2S program are encouraged to return the surveys, which are needed to help secure grant funding.

Fall 2017 Travel Surveys

Survey packets will be mailed October 2017 to all elementary and middle schools in Solano County.

Once completed, please collect these surveys and mail, fax or scan by Thursday, November 30, 2017.
